Condominium at en Provence sells for $3.15 million

A condominium in en Provence tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Harbor Cay Associates III sold the Unit 3 condominium at 2141 Gulf of Mexico Drive to R. Scott and Karen Shearer, of Sprucecreek, Pa., for $3.15 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths and 3,800 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.9 million in 2002.

Country Club Shores
Charles and Mary Troup sold their home at 525 Putter Lane to MNM Real Estate Ventures LLC for $1.8 million. Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,280 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 1996.

Bay Isles
Jordan and Stacey Gillman sold their home at 3231 Bayou Sound to James and Valerie Brown, of Longboat Key, for $1.2 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,417 square feet of living area. 

Tangerine Bay Club
232 Longboat Key LLC sold the Unit 232 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Richard and Kelly Mastria, of Bourne, Mass., for $1,094,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,529 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,000 in 2003.

Promenade
Richard and Lois Diutsh, of Brookline, Mass., sold their Unit 806 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Anne White, of Plandome, N.Y., for $900,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2006.

Winding Oaks
Marc and Cynthia Cannon, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 15 condominium at 3429 Winding Oaks Drive to Brian and Marguerite Landry, of Katonah, N.Y., for $825,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,555 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $845,000 in 2005. 

Emerald Harbor
Marion Monaghan, trustee, sold the home at 691 Old Compass Road to Robert Steinmetz and Nancy Steinmetz, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $712,500. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $166,500 in 1981.

Seaplace
Richard and Dorothy Clifton, of Jackson, Mich., sold their Unit G8-101-B condominium at 1925 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Sandra Mcauley and Charles Mcauley, trustees, of Noblesville, Ind., for $655,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $485,000 in 2004.

Polymathic Properties Inc. sold the home at 109 Seagull Lane to Robert and Deborah Martell, of Sarasota, for $655,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,600 in January.

Allen and Kay Kershman, trustees, sold the Unit G3-212-D condominium at 2039 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Kathleen Swearer, of Montclair, N.J., for $385,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,500 in 1997.

Richard and Deborah Cronin, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 625 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Marlene Frank, trustee, of Montgomery, Ohio, for $625,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2012.

Jacquelyn Bell, trustee, of Cheboygan, Mich., sold the Unit 711 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Ralph Jordan and Paige Petersen, of Sarasota, for $420,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 1997.

William and JoEllen Satterlee, of Porter, Ind., sold their Unit 204 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to William Finagin Jr., of Sarasota, for $417,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,000 in 2002.

Islander Club of Longboat
Linda Rubin, trustee, of New York City, sold the Unit 75-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stacey and Terry Rodino, of Elkhart, Ind., for $412,500. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2001.

Onewest Bank sold the home at 540 De Narvaez Drive to Diana Spanos, of Marblehead, Mass., for $375,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,532 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $151,000 in 1985.

Fairway Bay
Jean Rippel, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 1601 condominium at 2002 Harbourside Drive to Robert and Ronnie Freedberg and Jeffrey Baker, of Easton, Pa., for $310,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,420 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $148,500 in 1986.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
James and Phyllis McGuire sold their Unit 119 condominium at 570 Spanish Drive S. to Mark and Whitney Pinardi, of Jamaica Plain, Mass., for $310,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2003.

Morris and Geraldine Bush, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 135 condominium at 631 Spanish Drive S. to Judi Skversky, of Longboat Key, for $290,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,393 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $382,500 in 2005.
