Teens create recycled clothing for Manatee County fashion show
From Coke cans to paper plates, everything can become a garment at the Recycled Dreams Fashion Show.

The Manatee County Public Library system held its second annual Recycled Dreams Fashion Show Saturday, May 16. Teens created dresses from unusual materials, including garbage bags and Starbucks cups.
