A home in Richmond Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Peter and Patricia Betts sold their home at 8006 Collingwood Court to Thomas and Cheryl Hayden, of University Park, for $830,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,581 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $915,000 in 2005.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Birdie Lape, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7410 Mizner Reserve Court to Robert Sambursky and Laura Lovejoy, of Lakewood Ranch, for $800,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,648 square feet of living area. 

Ewa Heffernan, of Aventura, sold her home at 7622 Desert Inn Way to Robert and Heather Bourgette, of Lakewood Ranch, for $350,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $490,000 in 2004.

Herick and Betty Phillips, trustees, of Pittsboro, N.C., sold the home at 8172 Collingwood Court to Stanley and Susan Gordon, of University Park, for $677,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,080 square feet of living area.
