A home in Panther Ridge topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Walter and Magdaline Boyer sold their home at 19717 62nd Ave. E. to Ian and Chelsey Desmond, of Bradenton, for $2,090,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 8,371 square feet of living area.

Marcy Beach, trustee, of Dallas, sold the home at 7051 Stanhope Place to Richard and Linda Tennenbaum, of University Park, for $795,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,088 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $989,000 in 2006.

Pomello Park
Donna Durden, of Port Charlotte, sold their home at 6709 213th St. E. to James and Penny Rohrer, of Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,246 square feet of living area.
