Sarasota Fall Fine Arts Festival
Runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday on Gulfstream Avenue and Main Street. The Sarasota Downtown Merchants Association presents the third annual Sarasota Fall Fine Arts Festival, featuring original paintings, photography, sculpture, metalwork, digital art, jewelry, glass, ceramics, woodworking and more. Light Up Siesta Key Village
Runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at Siesta Key Village, Ocean Boulevard. The annual festivities feature a Christmas tree-lighting ceremony at about 6:15 p.m. at the Gazebo at Ocean Blvd and Canal Road. Santa will arrive on a float in the holiday parade, which will begin at Avenida del Mare and Beach Road at 5:40 p.m. and travel north on Beach Road to Ocean Boulevard. Admission is free. Holiday Nights at Ca' d'Zan
Runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Ringling Museum, 5401 Bay Shore Road. The mansion will be decked out for the holiday season with a 10-foot-tall tree during extended hours. Tickets are $5 to $10; free for members or with "Art After Five" admission. Call 358-3180.
Angels Giving

Monthly Contra Dances
Starts at 7:30 p.m. at Fogartyville Community Media and Arts Center, 525 Kumquat Court. The second season of monthly community contra dance kicks off and is open to all dancers. Interfaith Service
Starts at 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 2050 Oak St. This year’s service has a focus on music with a joint choir from different denominations. All faith groups and congregations are welcome to join in a service to give thanks, followed by a reception. Participation is free. Call 955-8119.
