Inspiration Academy to host Spirit Run

Inspiration Academy will host its first Spirit Run 5K and one mile Mummy Walk at 5 p.m. Oct. 24. 

Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and all ages are welcome. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume and to the top finishers in each age category. 

Cost is $15 per person for groups of five or more and includes a T-shirt and goody bag. Children 8 and under are free. 

The run is part of Inspiration’s fall festival, which will feature food trucks, arts and crafts vendors, music and a blood drive. The blood drive will be held from 2-7 p.m. while the festival scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m.
