Selby Library was packed for the Junior League's "Art of Food" Festival 2015
The Junior League of Sarasota hosted the 2nd annual Art of Food Festival Saturday, Oct. 17, at Selby Public Library. Local chefs created menu items inspired by local art venues — the cocktail was inspired by Asolo Repertory Theatre; the appetizer by the Sarasota Opera; the entrée by Sarasota Orchestra; and the dessert by the Sarasota Ballet.
Guests enjoyed food, cocktails, dancing, live musical performances and a"Women's Fashions Through the Ages" fashion show of costumes from the Asolo Repertory Theatre.
Funds support the Junior League of Sarasota’s signature project: fighting hunger in Sarasota.
