Pair of $2 million-plus homes sell in Lake Club

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 5 and Oct. 9. Two homes in Lake Club top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Avena LLC sold the home at 7917 Waterton Lane to Douglas and Joanna Hansen, of Lakewood Ranch, for $2,615,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five and a half baths, a pool and 5,823 square feet of living area.

Anchor Builders Lake Club 23 LLC sold the home at 16211 Clearlake Ave. to Robert and Peggy Winsler, of Sarasota, for $2,020,000. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 5,218 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Brian and Jennifer Frey sold their home at 7011 Dominion Lane to Timothy and Elizabeth Jacobson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $910,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,520 square feet of living area.

Michael and Jennifer Bianchini, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7017 Kingsmill Court to Thomas and Michelle Cross, of Lakewood Ranch, for $710,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,353 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $551,000 in 2010.

Christopher and Maureen Young sold their home at 7531 Rigby Court to Rebecca Bowman, of Bradenton, for $615,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2010.
