1 — The Sarasota High boys and girls cross-country teams both posted first-place finishes at the Class 4A-District 8 Cross-Country Meet Oct. 24.

2 — Cardinal Mooney swimmers Triston Krebs, Matthew Garcia and Matt Nutter all captured individual district titles at the Class 1A-District 8 meet Oct. 24.

3 — The Sarasota Christian volleyball team beat Keswick Christian 3-0 to capture the Class 2A-District 9 title Oct. 22.

4— Booker High runner Ryan Bausback won the boys race at the Class 2A-District 11 meet Oct. 23.

5 — The Sarasota High volleyball team beat rival Lakewood Ranch 3-1 in the Class 7A-District 11 semifinals Oct. 20 to earn a berth in the regional tournament.
