The following residential real estate transactions took place between October 12 and October 16.
Two homes on Bird Key top all transactions in this week’s real estate. Tonya Garrison, of University Park, sold her home at 570 S. Spoonbill Drive to James and Janet Stanard, of Sarasota, for $3.88 million. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 6,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4 million in 2003.
Thomas Gardner and Barbara Vanderkolk Gardner, of Sarasota, sold their home at 105 N. Warbler Lane to Rhonda Richer, of Ontario, Canada, for $2.8 million. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool and 4,249 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.8 million in 2011.
Buttonwood Harbor
8Winslowplace Inc. sold the home at 8 Winslow Place to Cathy Convery, of Longboat Key, for $2.2 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,170 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,285,000 in 2012.
Grand Bay
Adrienne Mahler, trustee, sold the Unit 184 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Philip Krieger and Juliet McGhie, of Longboat Key, for $1 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2014.
Gertrude Caruso, trustee, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 546 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Nancy Hurlburt, trustee, of Kill Devil Hills, N.C., for $660,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area.
Sea Gate Club
Gino Masci, of Hampton, N.Y., sold his Unit 14-E condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Ronald and Patricia Embree, of Greenwood, Ariz., for $660,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 1997.
Longbeach on Longboat Key
Elizabeth Yerkes, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 610 Cedar St. to Mark and Janis Bundy, of Denver, for $525,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, one and a half baths and 1,050 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $740,000 in 2005.
Country Club Shores
Patricia and Patrick Finnan, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 1150 Bogey Lane to Roland Jackson, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $500,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,674 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2002.
Longboat Harbour
Hank and Rhonda Williams sold their Unit 304 condominium at 4340 Falmouth Drive to Denise Casey, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 928 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,100 in 2014.
Paul Coovert and Malihe Karimi, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 4320 Falmouth Drive to Jean Silvernail, of Warminster, for $270,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $274,000 in 2012.
Stanley and Mavis Graven and Wartburg College sold the Unit 306 condominium at 4370 Chatham Drive to Linda Thompson and Gena Lyn Rhoades, of Franklin, Ind., for $240,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 1999.
