The Sound at Waterlefe condo sells for $760,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 17 and Aug. 21. A condominium in The Sound at Waterlefe tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Anthony and Donna Brescia, of Palmetto, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 1015 Fish Hook Cove to John and Nancy Bancs, of Bradenton, for $760,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three and two half baths, a pool and 3,402 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $735,000 in 2007. 

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Ruben Sanchez and Debra Rangitsch de Sanchez, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 22620 Morning Glory Circle to Roger Riehm, of Bradenton, for $670,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 5,051 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2010.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 7518 Mizner Reserve Court to Raymond and Karolyn Ipjian, of Bradenton, for $602,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,577 square feet of living area. 

Patricia Lundin, trustee, of Laguna Niguel, Calif., sold the home at 6652 Pebble Beach Way to Thomas Ludwig and Patricia Ludwig, trustees, of Bradenton, for $381,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,159 square feet of living area.
