A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Compositor Investments Inc. sold the home at 536 Hornblower Lane to Scott and Diane Larue, of New York City, for $785,000. Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,000 in 2012.
Longboat Beach and Tennis Club
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 531 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Judy Riley, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $590,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,521 square feet of living area.
The Privateer South
Dawn Cohan and Enza Cohn, trustees, of Encino, Calif., sold the Unit 1104 condominium at 1000 Longboat Club Road to John Landgraf and Mari-Jean Landgraf, of Ridgewood, N.J. for $512,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,409 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $105,000 in 1979.
Lido Key
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 1406 Westway Drive to Richard Eason, of Holmes Beach, for $580,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,533 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2005.

John and Jennifer Watson, of Windermere, sold their Unit 105 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Sean Herlihy, of New York City, for $349,900. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2008.
Sarasota Harbour East
Kathleen Lauder and Michele Villeneuve sold their Unit 6 condominium at 777 John Ringling Blvd. to Thomas and Marcia Haughey, of Sarasota, for $299,500. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 938 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2011.
