Braden River High 

Austin carried the ball six times for 111 yards and two touchdowns to lead the host Pirates to victory over rival Lakewood Ranch in the Class 7A-District 11 opener. The Braden River senior scored on a 54-yard run on the Pirates opening possession. He added a 25-yard touchdown run to cap off a seven play, 70-yard drive to open the second half. 

 

TOP PERFORMERS 

Braden River running back DeShaun Fenwick scored a pair of touchdowns on runs of 2 and 10 yards. 

Braden River quarterback Jacob Huesman completed 10-of-13 passes for 126 yards and a touchdown.
