Riverdale home sells for $607,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 7 and Sept. 11. A home in Riverdale tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Jeffrey Addison, trustee, and Michaela Addison sold the home at 4503 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Mark and Shannon Ingram, of Sarasota, for $607,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a pool and 2,384 square feet of living area. 

Rye Wilderness Estates

Patrick Coomer Jr. and Melanie Scirocco-Coomer, of Orlando, sold their home at 16707 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Michael Carroll, trustee, of Bradenton, for $570,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,458 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $565,000 in 2014.

Brian Carter, of Bradenton, sold his home at 424 169th Court N.E. to William and Donna Russo, of Bradenton, for $464,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2011.

Louis and Kathleen Palma, of Bradenton, sold their home at 22515 Morning Glory Circle to Christian Franklin and Rosamaria Fay, of Bradenton, for $556,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2013.

Martin Coles, of Sarasota, sold his home at 7442 Edenmore St. to Vincent and Diane Vendette, of Lakewood Ranch, for $380,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,181 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2007.
