1 Kayla Walker contributed 38 assists and two aces to help lead the Riverview High volleyball team to a 3-0 district victory against Newsome Sept. 24. 

2  The ODA volleyball team held off Moore Haven 25-22, 25-15, 22-25, 20-25, 15-11 in district action Sept. 24.

3 The Sarasota High girls cross-country team finished fifth in the Race of Champions at the flrunners.com Invitational 16 Sept. 26. 

4  Cardinal Mooney’s Matthew Garcia and Matthew Nutter each won an individual event at the Tampa Bay Classic Sept. 26. 

5  Kyle Jarrett shot a 1-under par 35 to lead the Cardinal Mooney boys golf team to a 163-168 victory over Sarasota Sept. 24.
