Heathfield home sells for $785,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 14 and Sept. 18. A home in Heathfield tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Betsy Bozich, Brad Bozich and Brian Bozich, of University Park, sold their home at 7655 Heathfield Court to Anthony and Joan Mitola, of Saratoga, N.Y., for $785,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 3,708 square feet of living area. 

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch

Joseph Najmy, trustee, of Lakewood Ranch, Roger Brear and Brian Brear sold the home at 7528 Rigby Court to Bradley and Susan Schuchat, of Bradenton, for $770,000.  Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,262 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $699,900 in 2003.

Kevin and Deborah Rubin sold their home at 7134 Beechmont Terrace to Donald and Elizabeth Probst, of Mason, Ohio, for $733,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2004.

Andrew and Kim Pyne, of Bradenton, sold their home at 9983 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Bradley and Sharon Frank, of Bradenton, for $671,300. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,774 square feet of living area.
