Craig Mallder, trustee, and Randy Devereaux sold the home at 16304 Baycross Drive to David Kerrigan and Jean Kerrigan, trustees, of Crystal Lake, Ill., for $1.4 million. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,770 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
William Crick, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6939 Westchester Circle to Pravin and Vimala Gadhiya, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1,350,000. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,087 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2011.
