A condominium in La Bellasara tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Fred and Carolyn Rucker, of University Park, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to 4S&F LLC for $2,650,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2010.

Siesta Beach
Smart Space Development LLC sold the home at 765 Tropical Circle to Stakada Group LLC for $583,400. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,342 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $473,400 in 2015.

OSPREY: $380,000

Bishopscourt at the Oaks Preserve
Neil and Beverly Georgi sold their home at 13 Bay Head Lane to William and Elizabeth Straw, of Osprey, for $380,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $537,900 in 2007. 

PALMER RANCH: $550,000

Turtle Rock
David and Margaret Brading, trustees, sold the home at 4823 Sweetmeadow Circle to John and Amy Cerulli, of Dedham, Mass., for $550,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,675 square feet of living area. 

NOKOMIS: $335,000

Calusa Lakes
Walter and Wanita MacDonald, of Washington, Ind., sold their home at 2109 Tocobaga Lane to James and Janice Borg, of Mundelein, Ill., for $335,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,035 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $67,000 in 1992.

Thyrza Jacocks, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 907 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Lawrence and Kathleen Mercker, of Greensboro, Ga., for $760,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,000 in 2013.

Plat of Sarasota
Osprey LLC sold two properties at 301 and 305 S. Osprey Ave. to Cheryl Wisener, of Sarasota, for $425,000. The property at 301 was built in 1914, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,491 square feet of living area. The property at 305 was built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,416 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $65,000 in 1989.

Pine Shores Estates
Frank Oliveto and Paul Wilson, Managers of Osprey Property Investments, sold the home at 6246 Beechwood Ave. to Kathy and Charles Mitchell, of Sarasota, for $379,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $268,000 in 2004.

Richard and Nancy Underwood, of Lady Lake, sold their home at 2401 Siesta Drive to Michael and Kirsten Hofheimer, of Sarasota, for $345,000. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,247 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $109,000 in 1998.

Jose Rivera and Monica Herrera Rivera, of Plano, Texas, sold their Unit E-42 condominium at 6157 Midnight Pass Road to Stanley and Catherine Musselman, of Noblesville, Ind., for $310,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,101 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1980.

Anya Adams, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 23 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Sindy Nagel, trustee, of Kalamazoo, Mich., for $285,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 708 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2014.

Central Pen Capital Management sold the Unit 1 condominium at 7148 Rue De Palisades to Ron Goldfain and Donna Robatisin, of Pittsburgh, for $320,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $236,300 in 1999.

Lakeside at the Isles on Palmer Ranch
Jeffrey and Kathy Rhoade, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 804 condominium at 5741 Fossano Drive to James and Karen Piscitelli, of E. Haven, Conn., for $270,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,554 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 2013.

Pinestone on Palmer Ranch
Sonja Rozolis, John Rozolis and Keith Rozolis, trustees, of Langhorne, Pa., sold the Unit 410 condominium at 4210 Breezeway Blvd. to Rosalie Ra and Michael Komack, of Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $119,400 in 1998.
