THURSDAY, April 7 

The Lakewood Ranch softball team closes out the regular season when it hosts North Port at 7 p.m. The game will serve as Senior Night for the Mustangs’ Maddie Biggs and Kyra Klarkowski. 

FRIDAY, April 8

The Lakewood Ranch baseball team hosts Cardinal Mooney at 7 p.m. The Mustangs and Cougars faced off a month ago in what turned into a pitcher’s dual with Cardinal Mooney holding on for a 1-0 victory. 

SATURDAY, April 9 

The Braden River and Lakewood Ranch High boys and girls track teams compete in the Pre State meet at IMG Academy. The 37-team meet will begin at 9:15 a.m. with field events and the 3,200-meter relay. 

MONDAY, April 11

The Braden River baseball team closes its three-game home stand at 7 p.m. against Palmetto. The Tigers downed the Pirates 8-7 on Feb. 9.
