Domestic disturbance: An ex-husband and wife live together as a family, off and on, with their children. The two got into an argument because the wife told the husband that one of the children was not his. The deputy stated in the report that the wife appeared intoxicated, but no violence occurred. The deputy gave the couple domestic packets and the wife left the property with a friend.

2000 block of 154th St. East
Suspicious circumstances: A man called the Sheriff’s Office to report for the last two years, there have been small but strange events occurring within his home. Nothing has ever been stolen, however, he locks his home before he leaves and has come back to find the door unlocked. The man has a security system and the alarm has not gone off. This has occurred even when the man is with his family members, who are the only ones with a key or the alarm code. A deputy visited the home and found no signs of forced entry around the home.

4700 block of Clipper Drive
Motor vehicle theft: Unknown person or persons stole a Ford F150 some time between 10 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. by removing the driver’s side window and finding keys inside the vehicle. The thief placed the window on top of some bushes across the street from the residence.
Good deed punished
8400 block of Gardens Circle
Grand theft: A woman called the Sheriff’s Office to report her vehicle had been stolen after she loaned her vehicle to someone. That same person did not return the vehicle, which also had a duffle bag and purse inside. The suspect then texted the woman to tell her that her belongings, the miscellaneous items inside the bag and purse, were scattered along University Parkway.
