Country Club Village home sells for $1.9 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Matthew and Sarah Robbins, of Reno, Nev., sold their home at 12535 Highfield Circle to Sand Steps LLC for $1.9 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,089 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,225,000 in 2010.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Jonathan and Elizabeth Earp, of Osprey, sold their home at 15003 Camargo Place to Anthony and Cassie Watson, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.2 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,990 square feet of living area.

Maher and Linda Kamel, of Bradenton, sold their home at 15512 Leven Links Place to Kenneth and Ann Eisner, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $620,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,519 square feet of living area.
