Concession home sells for whopping $2.5 million

A home in the Concession tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Claude and Ginette Dube, trustees, of Quebec, Ontario, sold the home at 19110 Ganton Ave. to William and Ellen Rice, of Bradenton, for $2.5 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool
and 7,174 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village of Lakewood Ranch
Howard and Freedom Lynn Chasolen, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7143 Beechmont Terrace to Lane and Jennifer Smith, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.31 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $449,000 in 2005.

David Lazeski and Brian Johnson, of Bradenton, sold their home at 7610 Silverwood Court to Kent Whitney, of Longboat Key, for $525,000. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,274 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $451,100 in 2013.
