The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 18 and July 22.
A condominium in Tangerine Bay Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mark and Janet Herman, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 313 condominium at 360 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Klaus and Irmgard Stegemann, of New York City, for $880,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,378 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $869,000 in 2004.

James Pressly, of Lake Wylie, S.C., sold his home at 560 Broadway to Kriston and Casey Lamb, of Longboat Key, for $580,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,838 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $612,000 in 2007.
The Privateer North
Gerald Regan, trustee, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road to John and Catherine Gallagher, of Erie, Pa., for $470,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2000.
Country Club Shores
Jean Bodman, of Trenton, N.J., sold her home at 548 Yawl Lane to James Ferlita, of Eagle Point, Ore., for $325,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet of living area.
Silver Sands
Kathleen Shanley, of Galena, Ill., sold her Unit 235 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Silver Sands 235 LLC for $300,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2005.
Lido Beach Club
Joseph Carullo, of New York City, sold his Unit 703 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to David and Mary Jo Vahala, of Goshen, Ind., for $635,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2005.
