Sleepy Lagoon home sells for $1,895,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 25 and July 29. A home in Sleepy Lagoon Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Donald and Annette Niederpruem, of Tampa, sold their home at 668 Lyons Lane to KPASSA LBK LLC for $1,895,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $990,000 in 2011.

St. Armands Towers North
Frances Summers-Steele, trustee, sold the Unit 126 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Bruce Maggin, of Sarasota, for $850,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,000 in 2010.

Sea Gate Club
James Meeks Jr. and Natalie Rotella Meeks, of Memphis, Tenn., sold their Unit 3-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to The Eileen M Lindgren Living Trust for $775,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2013.

Lido Beach Club
Pamela Ann Pritchard, of Clear Lake, Iowa, sold her Unit 307 condominium at 1212 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Brunilda Skerianz, of Brooklyn, N.Y., for $660,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2013.

John Flaherty, trustee, and Julie Flaherty, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 51 condominium at 3412 Winding Oaks Drive to John Stechly and Christine Lonsdale, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $590,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2007.

Teri Synnestvedt, trustee, of Cook, Ill., sold the Unit 204 condominium at 4800 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David Larson and Kristina Sergueeva, of Parrish, for $366,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2009.
