The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 25 and July 29. A two-property sale in Sapphire Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Samuel Zussman and Nichole Antonelli-Zussman, of London, United Kingdom, sold two properties at 4948 Bay Shore Road to Michael and Susan McCarty, of Sarasota, for $1,825,000. The first was built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,333 square feet of living area. The second was built in 2008, it has one bedroom, one bath and 478 square feet of living area.

Paradise Island
Joseph and Karen Zduriencik, of Selbyville, Del., sold their home at 339 Avenida De Paradisio to David Haenel, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,716 square feet of living area.

PALMER RANCH: $510,000

Stonebridge
Alvaro and Sharyn Quiros, of Maggie Valley, N.C., sold their home at 7431 Ridge Road to Sergey Bogomolov and Tatyana Bogomolova, of Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2006.

OSPREY: $450,000

Willowbend
June Sullivan, trustee, of Elizabeth, Ill., sold the home at 513 Habitat Blvd. to John and Melody Jakubiak, of Punta Gorda, for $450,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,500 in 2014.

NOKOMIS: $485,000

John and Bonnie Wakley sold their home at 1309 Vermeer Drive to Gene and Debra Jackson, of Nokomis, for $485,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,891 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2010.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 302 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Edward Kalin, of Sarasota, for $611,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,832 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $562,000 in 2000.

Philip Kruk sold his Unit 915 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Bruce Weisgerber and Lenora Weisgerber, trustees, of Punta Gorda, for $520,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2007.

Cornelia Matson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 404 condominium at 1100 Imperial Drive to Ann Miller, of Sarasota, for $382,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,160 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,000 in 2012.

Equine Real Estate LLC sold the home at 5167 Kestral Park Lane to Stephen Haney and Julianne Kenton-Haney, of Sarasota, for $375,000. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $644,000 in June.

ARS Export LLC sold the Unit 1207 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Christopher and Grace Greenwell, of Gulf Shores, Ala., for $255,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,222 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,500 in 2011.

Just In Time Properties Inc. sold the home at 2162 Temple St. to Kerry Hepp, of Sarasota, for $252,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,154 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $133,000 in 2015.

James Holmes, of Nutley, N.J., sold his home at 2125 Pine Gardens Trail to Jeff Chapdelaine, trustee, of Colorado Springs, Colo., for $228,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area.

Palm Leaf Properties LLC sold the home at 4329 Midland Road to Benjamin and Christina Cerezo, of Sarasota, for $223,900. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $103,000 in 2009.

Sekher Krishna, of Tampa, sold the home at 3153 Maiden Lane to Jeremy Thayer and Shana Marvin, of Sarasota, for $215,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $99,000 in 2012.

They previously sold for $225,000 in 1999. 

Sunrise Cove
Dale Martin, of E. Lansing, Mich., sold his Unit 118 condominium at 8977 Midnight Pass Road to Charles and Elaine Barber, of Osprey, for $380,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,093 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1997.

Casa Blanca
Robert and Brenda Hinkle, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 3 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Siesta Sisters LLC for $375,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $539,000 in 2005.

Midnight Sea
Midnight Sea Beach Property LLC sold the Unit 6840 condominium at 6840 Midnight Pass Road to Alina Lemay, of McLean, Va., for $365,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,446 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2009.

Veronica McKeon sold her home at 516 S. Shore Drive to Patrick and Leslie McCoy, of Osprey, for $360,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2009.
