Bay Isles home sells for $1,645,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between August 1 and August 5. A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kathleen Sweeney, of Springfield, Mass., sold her home at 3271 Bayou Road to Andrew and Jennifer Gater, of Ontario, Canada, for $1,645,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,059 square feet of living area. 

Emerald Harbor
Carey Bamford sold her home at 610 Emerald Harbor Drive to Paul and Karen Geck, of Longboat Key, for $1,295,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,814 square feet of living area.

Tangerine Bay Club
Anton and Vlasta Kiaba, of Novaky, Slovak Republic, sold their Unit 522 condominium at 380 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Karen Wiltsie, of Stamford, Conn., for $870,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,255 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2005.

John Ringling Estates
William and Laure McIlroy, of Summit, N.J., sold their home at 133 N. Washington Drive to Arbors Seaside Cottages LLC for $700,000. Built in 1954, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,087 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 2005.

Lido Harbour
Gregory Polansky sold his Unit 305 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Juan Bellantoni, trustee, of Sarasota, for $685,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 981 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 2000.

KRKR Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 207 condominium at 4401 Gulf of Mexico Drive to David and Patricia Kielpinski, of Bradenton Beach, for $675,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2002.

Betty Cortell, trustee, and Shepard Cortell, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the Unit 7-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James Curreri and Jennifer Bushman-Curreri, of Kinnelon, N.J., for $650,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 1994.

Michael and Linda Creed, of Raleigh, N.C., sold their Unit 351 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to David Dvorak, of Hickory Corners, Mich., for $575,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,442 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2008.

Claire and Lee Vickman, trustees, of Highland Park, Ill., sold the Unit 745 condominium at 745 Bayport Way to Anthony Cashara, of Cornwall on Hudson, N.Y., for $460,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $173,000 in 1998.

Patricia Hunziker, trustee, of St. Petersburg, sold the Unit 173 condominium at 887 Spanish Drive S. to William Dinger Jr. and Ashley Tait-Dinger, of Longboat Key, for $435,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,149 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $153,000 in 1993.

Fabrice and Melissa Brenot, of Manchester, N.H., sold their Unit 104 condominium at 2100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Dustin Keith, of Sarasota, for $280,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,000 in 2015.
