Jeffrey and Sheila Sweenor, of Wakefield, R.I., sold their home at 7347 Greystone St. to Stephen and Chlsako Spergl, of Lakewood Ranch, for $855,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,284 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,025,000 in 2008.
