A home in Lake Club topped all transactions in this week’s real estate as 16311 Baycross LLC and Robert Cozzi sold the home at 16311 Baycross Drive to Kent Montgomery Spafford and Karen Kearns-Spafford, trustees, of Morris Plains, N.J., for $1.61 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,464 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2012.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
David and Carolyn Montague, of Clyde Hill, Wash., sold their home at 8009 Royla Birkdale Circle to Chandler Shaw and Candace Vespoli, of Lakewood Ranch, for $705,000. Built in 2000, it has six bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $649,000 in 2013.
