On Nov. 29, Out-of-Door Academy boys basketball fell 69-65 to Bradenton Christian.

The ODA girls basketball team also lost to Bradenton Christian the same day, 58-17. 

Braden River girls basketball lost to Sarasota 75-33 on Nov. 29. 

On Nov. 30, Braden River boys basketball beat Sarasota Military Academy 66-33. 

Golf

Dianne Hayden shot a 17 to win a nine hole Ladies Golf Association Pick Your Poison event at University Park Country Club on Dec. 1.

On Nov. 30, Stan Flaming, Rich Wasieleski, Tom Troxell and Don Fisher won a Best 2 of 4 Stableford event at Rosedale Country Club, shooting a combined 188.

John Delgrande and Michael Lefferts won the Nov. 30 Men's Golf Association Team Quota Points event, shooting 15 over par, at Palm Aire Country Club. 

With a combined 1.82 under par, Tom Vest, Leroy Probst, John Gerber and Sandy Giambra won a Nine Hole Men's Golf Association Scramble event at Palm Aire Country Club on Nov. 30.
