East County Basketball Roundup: 12.07.16

The Lakewood Ranch boys team defeated Manatee 63-27 on Dec. 6. 

The Mustangs girls team beat Sarasota 67-48. Senior Aleah Robinson had 21 points in the win.  

The Braden River boys team beat Palmetto 77-72 in overtime on Dec. 6. Pirates senior Deoni Cason had 19 points. 

The Pirates girls team lost 61-27 to Bradenton Christian on Dec. 5. 

The Out-of-Door Academy boys team defeated the Gulf Coast HEAT 95-35. Junior Chase Maasdorp and senior Andrew Berg each had 27 points in the victory.
