1 — Riverview senior A.J. Caldwell recorded 30 points, seven rebounds and five steals Nov. 30 in the boys basketball team’s 98-74 win over Booker.

2 — Emmanuel Lambright scored 24 points and secured eight rebounds Dec. 2 in Sarasota boys basketball’s 93-64 win over Sarasota Military Academy.

3 — Booker girls basketball used its smothering defense Dec. 2 to hold Sebring High School to just 11. The Tornadoes won 49-11.

4 — Sarasota Military Academy junior Hayley Walding scored 31 points Dec. 5 in the girls basketball team’s 53-46 loss to the Academy of the Holy Names.

5 — The Riverview wrestling team won the 2016 Ron Jones Duals on Dec. 3 at Sarasota High School.
