Don Baillie and Roger Ralston won a Men's Golf Association one best ball of two event at Palm Aire Country Club on Dec. 14. The pair shot 11-under. 

Herb Hassell, Michael Schneider, Anton Nagy, and Gerald Christensen  shot a combined 117 to win the Men's Day event at Rosedale Country Club on Dec. 14. 

At University Park Country Club's modified Ryder Cup event on Dec. 14, Jack Siegel, Bill O’Neill, Bernard Needell and Joe Marsh (102.5) won the 1+10 division, and Terry Pulver, Merle Kalkwarf, Sandy Estes and Arthur Whitson (97.62) won the 10+19 division.
