Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe honors Black History Month with its annual 'Voices' program. The first installment highlights the work of the Florida Highwaymen, a group of African American painters in 1960s Florida, who famously sold their landscape paintings door to door, due to segregation in art galleries. Event features a panel discussion and demonstration by original Highwayman, Al Black.
