The following residential real estate transactions took place between January 18 and January 22.

A home in Longbeach Village tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Richard and Gail Levin, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 6860 Pine St. to Thomas Degnan and Deborah White Degnan, of Longboat Key, for $2.8 million. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,659 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
David and Nancy Aldrich sold their home at 536 Spinnaker Lane to Gerald and Karen Murphy, of Wall, N.J., for $1.7 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2012.

HSBC Bank USA, trustee, sold the home at 536 Schooner Lane to Karen Carroll, of University City, Mo., for $680,600. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,510 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $409,000 in 1997.

The Water Club at Longboat Key
Robert Stuffings sold his Unit 105 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Alan Bozian and Jennifer Mann, of Longboat Key, for $1.25 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2003.

Sleepy Lagoon Park
Alan Witts, of Longboat Key, sold his home at 525 Norton St. to Norton Longboat LLC for $1,115,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,601 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,886,500 in 2006.

Marina Bay
William Bowe sold his Unit 242 condominium at 2450 Harbourside Drive to Edward Kelly, of Longboat Key, for $1,025,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $557,000 in 1990.

Sunset Beach on Longboat Key
Advanta IRA Services LLC, FBO Dorothy Wood Gray IRA sold the Unit 2504 condominium at 2101 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Philip and Nelda Trainer, trustees, of Sandy Hook, Conn., for $700,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,358 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $705,000 in 2005.

Harbour Oaks II
Harry and Mariangela Lazear, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2337 Harbour Oaks Drive to David and Elizabeth Sippin, of Fairfield, Conn., for $682,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,535 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000 in 2014.

McCall’s Beach Castle
BCLBK LLC sold the Unit 5 condominium at 5311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donna Miller and The Ridge Group LLC for $450,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,110 square feet of living area.

Longboat Beach and Tennis Club
David and Joan Gwillim sold their Unit 115 condominium at 5055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Thomas and Susan Paulson, of Lake Forest, Ill., for $430,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2011.

Bay Harbor Apartments
John and Dawna McDonough and Laura Pantouris, of Tampa, sold their Unit A305 condominium at 448 Gulf of Mexico Drive to William and Deborah Ehret, of Indianapolis, for $362,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,194 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $633,000 in 2005.

Longboat Harbour
Stuart and Laraine Kelman, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 103 condominium at 4390 Exeter Drive to George and Diane Gadbois, of S. Portland, Maine, for $273,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2004.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 4430 Exeter Drive to Bradley Gabriel and Christopher Martin, of Longboat Key, for $225,500. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,600 in 2015.

Lido Harbour
Marc Gordon and Barbara Duffy, of Needham, Mass., sold their Unit 2 condominium at 1900 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Lelia Short, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,242 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2012.

Pelican Gardens
John Hollifield, of N. Port, sold the Unit 15 condominium at 170 Roosevelt Drive to Patricia Hamm, of Sarasota, for $210,000. Built in 1955, it has one bedroom, two baths and 672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 2000.
