A gulf-front Longboat Key home sold for $6.2 million yesterday.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home at 3331 Gulf of Mexico Drive is 5,264 square feet and includes a two-story living room, a gourmet kitchen, a study and private master suite on the main floor and a second master suite, two terraces and three guest suites on the second level. There is also a three-story elevator, a temperature-controlled wine storage, and panoramic views of the gulf.

The outdoor area includes a swimming pool and a heated spa, and there is a six-car garage.

The home was on the market for just three months. It had a list price of $6,395,000. It was sold by Bruce Myer, of Coldwell Banker, and was listed by Tom Delaney, of Michael Saunders & Co.
