A home on Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 3475 GMD LLC sold the home at 3475 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Amy Katz, of Longboat Key, for $7 million. Built in 2014, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,183 square feet of living area.
Grand Bay
Matthew and Diane Della-Peruta sold their Unit 223 condominium at 3040 Grand Bay Blvd. to Chuan Jiang and Ning Kong, of Bradenton, for $1.07 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2008.
Queens Harbour
Alan Quinby and Susan Brainerd, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3528 Fair Oaks Lane to Charles and Turner Broll, of Longboat Key, for $925,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,489 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $862,500 in 2002.
Bay Isles
Peter Stearns, of Sarasota, sold his home at 3181 Bayou Sound to SRQ Bayshore LLC for $565,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,091 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1995.
Spanish Main Yacht Club
Nancy Beveridge, trustee, of N. Hampton, N.H., sold the Unit 71 condominium at 959 Spanish Drive S. to William and Catherine Ehlert, of Queensbury, N.Y., for $550,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area.
Country Club Shores
Mary and Earley Bradshaw, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 1160 Bogey Lane to Mockingbird Investment Co. LLC for $370,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,570 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 1990.
Cedars East
Michael Culver and Stacy Culver, of Tarrytown, N.Y., sold their Unit 18 condominium at 660 Cedars Court to The Luu Properties LLC for $257,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $389,900 in 2004.
Thomas Pituch and Cynthia Barnes, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 1 condominium at 502 Forest Way to James and Karen Holbrook, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $238,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $172,000 in 2013.

William Yoder sold his Unit 104 condominium at 4390 Exeter Drive to Richard and Carolina Anderson, of Amityville, N.Y., for $230,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2015.
Longboat Arms
Joan Long and Susan O’Rourke-Cosker sold their Unit 205C condominium at 3320 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George and Donna Hambos, of Valrico, for $215,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $20,000 in 1972.
John Ringling Estates
Robert and Marisol Proctor, of Sarasota, sold their home at 89 N. Washington Drive to Audrie Sonzogni, of Long Valley, N.J., for $1,829,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 2,994 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2014.

Arthur and Grace Bienvenue, of Dartmouth, Mass., sold their Unit 503 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to Allan Varner, of Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,900 in 1994.

Paula and David Sheppard, trustees, sold the Unit 81 condominium at 101 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert and Barbara Nichol, of Dallas, for $710,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2010.
