Cyrus Gregg and Judd Gregg, trustees, of Rye Beach, N.H., sold three properties at 6100 Midnight Pass Road to 6100 MPR LLC for $4.7 million. The first was built in 1930, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,032 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,142 square feet of living area. The third was built in 1990, it has one bath and 1,119 square feet of living area.
