Lake Club home sells for $1.3 million

A home in Lake Club topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Samuel and Lorites Poots, of Bradenton, sold their home at 16011 Daysailor Trail to Terry Messick-Cass, of Lakewood Ranch, for $1.3 million. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,364 square feet of living area.

Chelsea
Janet Hoffman and Thomas Doench, of University Park, sold their home at 7304 Chelsea Court to Charles Huisking and Jeffrey Sebeika, of University Park, for $1.2 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,309 square feet of living area.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Eugene and Sheila Ann Seashore, trustees, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 6903 Dominion Lane to Vincent D’Agostino, of Harrison, N.Y., for $965,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,367 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $850,000 in 2011.

Robert and Sandra Wolf sold their home at 7335 Lake Forest Glen to Michael and Evelyn Bryant, of Lakewood Ranch, for $425,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,808 square feet of living area.

Debra Giaconia, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7321 Wexford Court to Achille and Louise Cordaro, of Bradenton, for $348,000. Built in 2008, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,767 square feet of living area.
