The following residential real estate transactions took place between February 8 and February 12.
A home in Longboat Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. John Harned Jr., of Windermere, sold the home at 3331 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Laura Esposito, of Longboat Key, for $6 million. Built in 2011, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,224 square feet of living area.
Sleepy Lagoon
James Tipping and Jaroslaw Pekaruk, trustees, sold the home at 6477 Gulfside Road to 6477 Gulfside LLC for $4.3 million. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.8 million in 2011.
Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
John and Rebecca Pylak sold their Unit C-706 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to James and Maureen Stern, of Wauwatosa, Wis., for $1.99 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $840,000 in 1990.
Corey’s Landing
LAG FLA Properties LLC sold the home at 3532 Mistletoe Lane to Charles and Patricia Voellinger, of St. Louis, for $1,385,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,216 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2004.
Grand Bay
Rita Wolfson sold the Unit 123 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Stephen and Susan Delman, of Weehawken, N.J., for $830,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area.

Kenneth and Anka Eshak, of Sarasota, sold their home at 440 Bird Key Drive to Matthew Price, of Sarasota, for $785,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $545,000 in 2004.

Malcolm and Sandra Moore, of Johns Creek, Ga., sold their Unit 301 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Richard and Rebecca Hopkins, of Sarasota, for $675,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $651,000 in 2007.
Embassy Villa
Richard and Rebecca Hopkins, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 14 condominium at 800 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to Belen Tan, trustee, of Gainesville, for $355,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,060 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,400 in 1999.
