Bird Key Yacht Club held its first art opening of the year with “New Year, Yesteryear” Jan. 7.
The opening featured art posters from well-known artists such as Normal Rockwell, Maxfield Parrish, J.C. Leyendecker and N.C. Wyeth. The art is from the National Museum of American Illustration in Newport, R.I.
The exhibit also features a shoe collection from Margaret Ferguson, who has been collecting for 20 years.
