The Ringling College of Art and Design hosted a groundbreaking ceremony Friday, Jan. 8, to celebrate the first step toward its new Richard and Barbara Basch Visual Arts Center. The state-of-the-art center will replace the former Selby Gallery, which was demolished in December.
