Information only: A woman has been documenting an ongoing investigation for her HOA on her neighbor across the street, who allegedly lets his animals run loose on his property and her yard. The HOA asked the woman to take photos of this happening. On Saturday, Jan. 2, the woman went to take a photo of the man with his dogs in his front yard while not on leashes. Her neighbor saw her with the camera, so she said he mooned her. She was so upset that she did not take the photo and contacted the Sheriff’s Office. The deputy told her to tell her HOA about the incident but since no sexual organs were visible, the deputy documented the incident as information.
