The following residential real estate transactions took place between December 28 and January 1.

A home in Sleepy Lagoon tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Christopher Calkin, of Tampa, sold the home at 6405 Gulfside Road to Michael Stone and Rachel Horne, of London, United Kingdom, for $2.85 million. Built in 1953, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2013.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club
Alan Cherkasky, of Kaukauna, Wis., sold his Unit B-402 condominium at 585 Sanctuary Drive to Judy Tobias, of Longboat Key, for $952,500. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,823 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.06 million in 2005.

Emerald Harbor
Richard Carrier, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 711 Binnacle Point Drive to Paul Phillips, trustee, of Cortez, for $815,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,925 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $562,500 in 2002.

Tarawitt Drive
Estella Christner, of Tulsa, Okla., sold the home at 783 Tarawitt Drive to Timothy and Suzanne Belew, of Grass Valley, Calif., for $410,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,113 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $191,000 in 1998.

Windward Bay
C. Robert Logue and Jon Logue, of Winnetka, Ill., sold their Unit PH3 condominium at 4900 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Margaret Bonney, trustees, of Marshfield, Mass., for $392,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $147,000 in 1998.

Longboat Harbour
Jeffrey Lenobel and Sandy Robinson, trustees, of New York City, sold the Unit 102 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to William and Kristy Owens, of Apollo Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area.

BIRD KEY
359 WRF Invest LLLP sold the home at 359 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to Allan and Jennifer King, of Perthshire, United Kingdom, for $1.82 million. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,171 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,247,500 in 2015.

Lido Beach
Glenn Hoge and Cheryl Hoge, of Zionsville, Ind., sold two properties at 39 S. Polk Drive to Lido Beach Villa LLC for $680,000. The first property was built in 1951; it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,202 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1951; it has one bedroom, one bath and 682 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $1.05 million in 2014.

Lido Harbour Towers
Robert Marie and Helene Provencher sold their Unit 402 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John Cugasi, trustee, of Atlanta, for $535,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2009.

The Ambassador on Lido Beach
Mary Ellen Fricchione sold her Unit 602 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Peter and Carol Mirabito, of Denver, for $499,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $66,800 in 2001.

Lido Ambassador
Thomas and Geraldine Chaffee, of Osprey, sold their Unit 505 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Manjit Deol, of Fogelsville, Pa., and Navtej Khela, of Orefield, Pa., for $425,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2008.
