A condominium in Tangerine Bay Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Poppy Realty LLC sold the Unit 211 condominium at 350 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Leonard and Bonney Libman, of Longboat Key, for $815,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $507,500 in 1999.

Emerald Harbor
Pauline Schroeder, trustee, of Ft. Myers, sold the home at 770 Emerald Harbor Drive to Daniel and Sandy Jones of Newburgh, Ind., for $785,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,990 square feet of living area.

Beach Harbor Club
Carl Borneck, trustee, and Pauline Borneck of Rehoboth Beach, Del., sold the Unit B-401 condominium at 3804 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert and Rita Stevens, of Longboat Key, for $440,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,727 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1996.

Windward Bay
Richard and Louisa Hodder, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 18-V-AC condominium at 4976 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Karla Mason, of Grand Blanc, Mich., for $440,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 2000.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
John Judge Jr. and Kathleen Dyer, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 177 condominium at 739 El Centro to Lisa Leone and Jennifer Maurer, of Ambler, Pa., for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,394 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1999.
