The following residential real estate transactions took place between January 11 and January 15.

A condominium in The Beaches of Longboat Key South tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Lois Elliott, of Brentwood, Tenn., sold their Unit 807 condominium at 775 Longboat Club Road to Henry and Mariamig Kochan, of Sea Girt, N.J., for $1,657,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $737,000 in 2012.

Harbour Court
St. Resi Sarasota LLC sold the home at 2224 Harbour Court Drive to Stanley and Barbara Minken, of Bozman, Md., for $1.45 million. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,959 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2010.

Longboat Key Towers
Florette Shaashua, of Gamliel, Israel, sold the Unit N-304 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Peter Quinn, of Heathrow, for $920,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 1985.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Jerry Cambra, trustee, and Sally Cambra, of Sutter Creek, Calif., sold the Unit O-2 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Carl and Patricia Cooper, of Longboat Key, for $640,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,636 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $428,900 in 2012.

Longboat Pass
BDHTRLBK LLC sold the Unit 1 condominium at 380 N. Shore Road to Eloy Burciaga, of Chicago, for $337,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $298,300 in 2015.

Cedars East
Joseph Mariani, of Bensenville, Ill., sold his Unit 41 condominium at 803 Evergreen Way to Graham and Lynne Cherrington, of Flower Mound, Texas, for $260,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,000 in 2001.

Sarasota Harbour Apartments
Martin Kirby and Steven Kirby, of Daytona Beach, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 767 John Ringling Blvd. to William Stuef, of Bloomfield, Hills, Mich., for $248,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 612 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $198,900 in 2015.
