Crowds were swaying and singing along to the music of Jah Movement at the Sarasota Seafood and Music Festival.

The reggae band performed during the festival Jan. 23. During the performance Jah Movement singer Shantel Norman spotted William Duggan in the crowd dancing with his mother Erin Duggan and invited him on stage to dance with the group. Without missing a beat he joined the group on stage and began dancing front and center to the music.

Duggan is no stranger to the spotlight. Norman and Erin Duggan are also coworkers at Visit Sarasota County.

"He has the biggest crush on Shantel," Erin Duggan said. "He's obsessed. She pulls him up on stage all the time, and he loves it. I think he's getting a little to used it."
