WCI adds designs to Rosedale offerings

Developer WCI Communities has introduced new villa homes to its mix of home styles in The Links at Rosedale, the master-planned golf and country club at Interstate 75 and State Road 70.

The two-bedroom, two-bath villa homes emphasize an open floor plan and have two-car garages. 

The Medina Villa offers a den to personalize into a home library or medial room. It has nearly 1,600 square feet of air-conditioned space. And the Nautilus Villa Home, with a 1,903 square foot living space, features a flex space for hobbies or visiting guests.

WCI offers seven “grand villa” homes already in Rosedale. They come in one- and two-story options and range from 1,822 to 3,010 square feet. Prices start at $279,990.
