Bay Isles home sells for $3.7 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between June 20 and June 24.

A home in Bay Isles tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Marsha Sobey and William Ryan, trustees, of Nova Scotia, Canada, sold the home at 551 Harbor Point Road to James and Valerie Brown, of Longboat Key, for $3.7 million. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 4,993 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.4 million in 2013.

Grand Bay
Burton and Elaine Herman, of Du Page, Ill., sold their Unit 331 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to Joel Jacobson and Lois Chatham, N.J., for $1,369,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area.

Charles and Geraldine Lorber, of Verona, N.J., sold their Unit 612 condominium at 3070 Grand Bay Blvd. to Susan Foley, of Belle Harbor, N.Y., for $640,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2005.

The Tides of Longboat
David and Ellen Odenath, of Philadelphia, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 5555 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Roy and Donnamarie Finney, of Tafton, Pa., for $1.25 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2015.

Casa Del Mar
Gregory Peltier and Christopher Peltier, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 13A condominium at 4621 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Debra Irwin, of Cary, Ill., for $665,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,766,000 in 2014.

Longboat Beach House
Michael and Diane Mullihan sold their Unit 402 condominium at 4311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeneral ABE Inc. for $599,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,140 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1988.

Sands Point
Joseph and Lisa Whalen sold their Unit 305 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to William and Diane Blake, of Jackson, N.J., for $535,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2009.

Cedars East
Bogda Kniese sold her Unit 28 condominium at 842 Evergreen Way to Norman and Linda Silber, of Gilford, N.H., for $280,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1999.

Cabana Beach Club
Dyan Saccoccio, of N. Scituate, R.I., sold her Unit 12 condominium at 5851 Gulf of Mexico Drive to LB Key LLC for $259,000. Built in 1971, it has one bedroom, one bath and 684 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 2004.

Longboat Beachcomber
Ralph and Beverly Stebenne sold their Unit 403 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Olga Smith, of Bradenton, for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,400 in 1995.

Edward Brodzinski, of Lockport, Ill., sold his home at 105 Seagull Lane to I.W. Land Partners LLC for $1 million. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2013.

Clemens and Carole Reiss, of Mayville, N.Y., sold their Unit 401 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to Kathleen Sieben, trustee, of Sarasota, for $473,500. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2004.
