Campers whip up international feast

Students at Mattison’s Chef Camp take on Italian and Japanese cuisine during international week.

For a week students learn how to simmer, stir, press pasta and roll sushi as part of the advanced international curriculum. This day was spent exploring the cuisine of Italy with homemade pasta in the form of raviolo or a single, large ravioli with a short rib filling. They topped it with a cipolini onion cream sauce.
