Country Club Village home sells for $1.2 million

A home in Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Karen Vale, of Sarasota, sold the home at 13404 Matanzas Place to Jordan Hopkins and Sharon Velazquez Hopkins, of Bradenton, for $1.2 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.3 million in 2008.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Cardel Homes U.S. sold the home at 16610 Berwick Terrace to Timothy and Joy Graham, of Bradenton, for $1.09 million. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,830 square feet of living area. 

John and Suzanne Lloyd-Smith, of San Diego, sold their home at 7110 Westhill Court to Mark and Sandra Moulin, of Lakewood Ranch, for $384,000. Built in 2013, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,184 square feet of living area. 

St. James Park
AIRI Property Group LLC sold the home at 6625 St. James Crossing to FMIS Florida Inc. for $561,800. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,287 square feet of living area. It sold for $320,000 in 2015.

Country Club Village at Lakewood Ranch
Richard and Kathryn Benninghove sold their home at 7716 Latrobe Court to Paulin and Joanne Viaud, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $500,000. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,924 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2003.

Toby and Molly Jenkins, of Bradenton, sold their home at 4705 Tilden Park Court to William and Elvia Rosenthal, of Bradenton, for $495,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,990 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $412,900 in 2013.
